Knives
All knives are hand forged, harderned and tempered. Most are high carbon steel. These knives can rust if not properly care for. Keep dry! After each use, clean and dry completely right away. High acid, and/or prolonged use can put a patina on the blade, this can be cleaned or left on and imbraced. Long storage a light wiping with a food safe oil, such as canola.
